🌀 Storm Gray Vornado Flippi V6: Personal Air Circulator Fan Review

Great product! Big size! I have it next to My Heat Heater. I like how it doesn't feel like a fan when not in use. It's on my table. I use it when sometimes I get a little hot with anxiety or just too hot. That's a great relief! It's fairly quiet for a fan, easy to use, and small enough not to clutter your desktop. If you are looking for a fan when your head is sweating I would recommend this product.

I like these Vornado fans but the switch is lame. This little fan is great for a bedside table, but if you're like me you can turn it on and off (it doesn't spin) multiple times throughout the night. To do this, you need to hold the fan with one hand and turn the "switch” with the other hand, otherwise you will knock the fan off the table. It might be better with a rotary knob. It's not that easy when you're half asleep. Otherwise this is a great fan.

The product does not match the name Vornado. It barely moves air - like I would have to sit about a foot away from it to feel it on my face. The only thing that seems to be that it's quite noisy! Fan, air rushing through (which I know is normal for Vornados) and then a small vibrating pop coming and going which could be a defect in what I bought. Who knows? In many ways I was warned (via reviews) about some details that might not be so good with this fan. Basically, it's very off-white (with a yellow tint) and the fan isn't that powerful. I'd say if you use it as a desktop fan it's close enough to give you a nice breeze. I find the "Low" setting useless. It's very quiet and compact, which is very good. I love its retro style. These fans are small and don't move much air, but I bought three of these to cool electronics and they're great for that. I don't think it would be very useful to actually cool the room, but they are small enough to put in closets or under tables where you have a lot of electronics just to keep air circulating and dissipate heat. I have a Vornado V8 that I really like. So when I discovered the need for a smaller, more compact fan, this V6 model seemed like a no-brainer.
