Makes and receives, answers calls and everything.

The directory system does not work at all. If you try to look up a number or try to scroll through directory listings, the entire system literally crashes and reboots. The answering machine part works perfectly. Haven't tried call blocking yet, but since using a directory causes it to fail, I doubt it. Save money and buy something else.

Regular customer for phones and accessories

I've been using these phones for years and if anything happens I'll replace them with the same brand. Love the phones, the packaging etc. My only comment, not that it's a deal breaker, is that the phones are "slippery". I've resigned a few times. No damage or problems noticed by my mistakes! It's nice to hold, but I wish it had a better grip. But the speakerphone works great. It has good volume and a call when you need it. Easy to charge. The base is stable.

Ease of Use: Office Electronics

This works great (so far). We needed to replace our existing wireless set. Although the setup was supposed to go through the initial setup, for some reason it didn't work. I could read and understand the instructions. We needed an 'old' answering machine for elderly family members and it works well. The buttons aren't big, they're not easy to spot, but I don't think you'll find anything better. A bonus was the ability to pair with a cell phone via Bluetooth, which works well. However, you have…

An excellent phone.

I've owned at least four different V-Tech cordless phones over the past 25 years and have loved them all. This one is the best of them all. Since my last one eventually died, I was delighted with the speedy delivery from Revain. The phone is very pretty and easy to set up all four phones. The speaker is very clear and easy to hear.
