Pros
- The quick application process allows me an opportunity at great companies quickly without all those long applications filling up recruiters' emails & calendars too fast making them miss important opportunities..it happens often enough already so why add any extra steps? :) Also makes applying easier since there is fewer forms required by candidates instead having many
