🔵 VViViD XPO Purple-Blue Chameleon Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap Roll with Air-Release Technology - 1ft x 5ft Review

This is not my first purchase of VViViD vinyl, but it is my first review. I don't believe in only posting online when you've had a bad experience, too much negativity. This vinyl looks just as cool as the photo and fits great. I have no complaints about this product and will be buying more from this brand in the future.

The film is excellent and fits my keyboard incredibly well. Unfortunately due to the fact that my keyboard is flat I don't see any color change and it looks like midnight blue metallic. However, this is an error on my part and I am looking at other Vvivid offerings in search of an option that suits me better. That being said, I removed the vinyl a few days after applying it and it held up very well, but after I took it off it was also very clean. Excellent all round.

I was amazed by the look of this film after installation but after a month it started to fade badly and lost its luster, now it has discolored dirty brown just because I was on the roof of my car in Seattle, so it's hardly a stressful environment when I'm looking at the sun. I'm not sure what this stuff would be good for, maybe phone cases or something. Do not use it outdoors as its quality is not good enough for long-term use.

I used it to wrap the interior of a Nissan Pathfinder. It worked well on flatter surfaces but requires a lot of work on curves and edges. I had a few inside corners lifted but to be honest I probably overtightened the vinyl and should have done the inlay in that area. The color and texture are excellent and have received many compliments. You must be careful when heating this foil as the carbon fiber print will be slightly distorted if you overheat it.

Absolutely beautiful. If you want to wrap your car in carbon fiber but don't want to play meta/norm. I did it on a 2018 Civic Touring - Roof & Dash. This appears ONLY on any dashboard or trim panel in the cabin. I've noticed that it's mostly purple, but mostly light, depending on your viewing angle and lighting. Under the gas pump in a gas station with bright lights everything turns light blue. Everywhere else, and it's mostly purple unless viewed from different angles. All in all a very nice…

Overall not bad!💖 It's quite thick and I used it to wrap around a piece of 1/4 inch thick chipboard.💗Vinyl loves smooth, shiny surfaces💗 so prime or gloss it. Heat helps, it to shape whatever you pack. I am really happy with the product. ...and it can really make things a lot harder. But for me, with over 10+ vinyl sign experience, that was just a minor issue for me. But for the average Joe [or Jane?]? Maybe more problems. But still possible! Good product overall 💗💗💗

Buying a film at VViViD for the second time. Everything in this wrapper worked fine until the moment of installation. The reason I give it 2 stars is because the carbon fiber pattern on the foil has a line running across the blade that was only noticeable after installation. First of all I would like to say that the color is one of the coolest on film I have ever seen. I didn't expect such poor quality from a reputable company. I've had this film for a full year and now it comes alive as I see its adhesion is weak, shrinkage is noticeable, residue is present and generally goes away over time.
