Good quality in the baskets

The plastic seems to be of better quality than the last ones we bought from Revain. I expect them to be more durable and last longer than our last 2 years.

Best quality with support.

They are much better than the previous version. The wheels are held on with stainless steel bolts, not the old cheap plastic clips that keep breaking.

Improved design for durability!

This is a significant improvement over the original design. Installation is a bit puzzling, but easy enough after some trial and error and sticking to the other side for comparison.

Replacement parts are a lot cheaper than factory parts, but they work just as well.

At best I spent a total of ten minutes swapping out both sides and they work just like the originals. Great price, easy to install and I think they will actually hold up better than the originals. The wheels are held on by a bolt rather than a couple of plastic wrenches on the original which eventually snapped.

Great replacement and upgrade for my KitchenAid dishwasher

The original equipment is made of plastic which has cracked where one of the rollers attaches. This happened with a replacement regulator I installed when the original regulator ruptured. This regulator seems more durable and easier to install. The rollers are fixed with screws, so even if the roller is damaged, only the roller can be easily repaired if necessary. Saved a lot of money by hiring an appliance mechanic. So far, so good.
