Waitwhile Review

We were looking for something better than our current system and this fit perfectly! It's so easy to set up, it was very affordable (compared to other solutions), and they have quick support if needed. I can't think of anything we dislike about WaitWhile! The only thing I would say is that you need to be able to get some sort of analytics going or else you're not really getting any benefit out of having your own software solution. The ease of managing our guest experience using this tool has been amazing! Our staff love being able to easily update waiting lists as needed without having to call anyone or send any emails out. I wish there was an option where we could have more than one person manage queues but it's not something they've added yet so no complaints here :) We are currently trying to implement the ability to add photos/video into our rooms which will make things even easier when updating list items.
