Perfect replacement OEM

I installed a muffler on my truck just to have it replaced with an OEM exhaust. The aftermarket unit was too loud. This block was well made, the welds looked very good and it fitted perfectly. But the best thing was that it was quiet!

Great sound very quiet.

2002 Yukon Denali XL. Great muffler and great price. I had to buy a new whistle that comes after because the original has double whistles. You will also need two adapters that slide on the inside of the intake manifolds so you can attach the clamps to them. Just move them around and they will fit just fine. Great sound very quiet.

  • Durable Test Results

Good sound. on exhaust systems and parts

I welded it on. The installer said it was of good design and he had never seen anything like it. It sounds good. I like the low initial growl. The best part is that there is no drone. It's quiet on the freeway, I can have a conversation in the cab. Difficult with Flowmasters which I removed. Still sounds good, happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • If in doubt

Smaller than expected but works great on a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali XL 6.0L

My 2004 GMC Yukon Denali XL 6.0L muffler hit the mark. After a week of sounds like the car was about to explode, I decided it needed repairs. I looked at the range of mufflers on the Revain website and decided this one would work for my application. I was expecting to be as big as a standard Mรผller and was a bit reluctant to have the shop weld it. But as soon as I started the car after installation, I knew it was the right choice. Much quieter than the stock muffler but still sounds great. I am

Thanks to Walker for this

Combined with an exhaust pipe (mandatory), this is the easiest and cheapest way to replace a rotten muffler. It's nice and quiet. Installation Tips: When cutting a factory muffler, cut as close to the muffler body as possible as you need to preserve as much length of the factory front muffler pipes as possible. The factory front muffler pipes are slightly larger than the muffler inlet. Usually the intake pipe is inserted into the muffler inlet, but in my case (2003 6.0L) I used a pipe expanderโ€ฆ

  • Everything great!
