Exploding glass, don't buy it!

To be honest if I could give no stars I would. First I liked this table. My office is small and glass panels make the space appear larger. However! After the table had been in place for a little over a year, one of the shards of glass exploded, scattering the shards all over my office while I was sitting there! I had to throw out the carpet, disassemble my office to get rid of all the broken glass, and I had small cuts on my leg from the exploding glass. I do NOT recommend this table!

I LOVE this table! for home office furniture

I just LOVE this table! I have a small apartment on several levels. Since my only guest room is used as a dressing room/gym, I had nowhere to put my desk other than in the dining room. So I wanted something less conspicuous, especially given the size of my monitor and desktop. It was packed very well. My friend assembled the table and said it was very easy to do. It's not the strongest if you squeeze it from side to side. However, for what I use it for, it doesn't rock. I like its clean lines…

Easy construction. However

Easy assembly. However, DO NOT place the play tower on these GLASS SURFACES. They will break and your computer will crash. Instead of just putting your turret on the ground or somewhere solid and safe, use your damage-loss imagination. Yes, I've seen pictures here of people putting their tower in the corner area, but I've also seen broken computers on Reddit falling from broken glass covers. I don't know about you, but I don't have a replacement. $1000 waiting to hit the ground. Again, a great…

easy to adapt to your needs

Excellent table. It is very easy to assemble and feels quite stable. As you can see from my photos, it can still work as an "L" desk if space is limited. The two long parts are completely separate and can be assembled in 10 minutes each. You can just connect two long pieces in one area without connecting corner. It's also easy to change. Like others, the keyboard tray was too small for me, so I decided to use parts of the keyboard tray and make a monitor stand out of it! You can use the…

Worth the price.

Four years old and still good. I received this in November 2012. However, if you scratch the bottom of the glass, you'll see it on the top as well. This is because the glass itself is transparent but the underside is covered in black paint/paper. This makes it opaque (don't confuse that black table with a smoky one). It currently supports 100+ pound monitors and a massive Vesa monitor stand (as of July 2015). Cable management is a little tricky as it's a very "open" design (see my photos)…

  • Great for a small house

Pimp-my-desk - home office furniture

I really liked this table in the pictures and according to the reviews it is strong, so I bought it. It came in 6 days instead of what was promised with Prime the next day. It was surprisingly well packaged. Double box, a lot of Styrofoam inside, a lot of cardboard and paper. Even if the outer packaging was damaged in transit, all parts (including glass) remained intact. Easy to assemble and quite durable. The biggest problem I had was that after assembling it looks very cheap and boring so I…

Material Battlestation

This table was more difficult to lift than to assemble. The process is very simple - all you need besides what they provide is a screwdriver! Although the packaging is very good, unpacking was very difficult. This suggests they want your table to be new. There's a lot of styrofoam in there, so keep that in mind before you stick a box cutter in it. The instructions are very clear, but read them carefully. I was in a real hurry to build this thing, so I skimmed through it, skipping a few lines to

and they look great. But that's not why anyone would read.

I currently have two of these tables (black legs, clear tops) mounted side by side and they look great. But that's not why nobody would read this review. Here are the good, the bad, and the stupid. The Good: * Looks modern, sleek and very professional * Sturdy construction despite the streamlined (very thin) limbs and supports * Plenty of room for my legs and calves (I'm 5ft 11in). ).I kick the wall behind the table before approaching the crossbars. * Supports multiple monitors and desktops…
