Unsatisfactory, upset with this product.

I had to go to ferrous metal for a normal plate and a metal bar, order Fraser a new platform with a cylinder plus a bolt, and then weld it with a neighbor, all the “shifting” stopped, as a result, I’m satisfied with the bracket, but I can’t recommend this misunderstanding for purchase. I am attaching a photo below, as I did, it may be useful for engineers from Kromax to see, PS: the material came out to me in 200R, and the work was 1500R. Found something to save on.

Pros
  • The idea is good, but it seems that the manufacturer decided to save half way, the retractable bracket itself is made normally, metal 2.5-3 mm, gas lifts with adjustment, and the idea is not bad, but the tilting part does not stand up to criticism, due to design flaws and thick metal, it is corny not able to keep the TV in a given position, not only does it sausage in all planes when lifting and lowering, but also the TV constantly falls on its side, then face to the floor.
Cons
  • It would not be bad if the manufacturer at least carried out a minimal test of their brackets, so to speak, before selling such a miracle to people.

All is well, liked the product, didn't buy it for nothing.

I took it so that for a person lying down, the TV was high, and in the game sitting mode, it went down to eye level (the sofa bed was disassembled for relaxing in a lying position / assembled for games). And this task is more than fulfilled, but because of this, one has to measure the disadvantages of the view of a huge distance from the wall.   • - strong, thick metal - height adjustment in a wide range -almost the only bracket with the ability to vertically move a 65-inch TV for a reasonable price
Cons
  • -very far from the wall -huge, bulky design - to adjust the height, you need to make incredible efforts - a weak locking mechanism that holds the TV in a given slope (not vertical position, but tilting the TV down). When moving vertically, the set slope is lost.

Stylish and Sturdy TV Bracket

The Kromax ATLANTIS-99 wall bracket I purchased for my TV is a fantastic choice. Based on my experience, this bracket is excellent when it comes to mounting and securely holding my TV in place. I especially appreciate the sleek black design that complements my living room aesthetic. The only downside is that it can be quite challenging to install for those who are not handy with tools. Overall, I highly recommend this bracket for anyone looking for a stylish and sturdy option.

Good value for money, I recommend.

I have a TV in a niche with rear ports, so I needed a bracket with the TV moving forward to conveniently operate with connectors. After looking through the brackets for a long time, I came to the conclusion that this is the only option with pushing forward and turning, which does not cause distortions. Arms with two shoulders when turning a heavy TV cause a horizontal skew. And brackets with one shoulder cause distortion as they move away from the wall. This arm has such a design that the…

Pros
  • The benefits are really many. Sturdy, massive. There are a lot of options for moving the TV that do not cause horizontal skew. There are also a lot of settings, i. E. if the bracket is hung out of level, missed in size to the left, right, higher or lower, then all this is easily adjusted after installation. The gas lift also adjusts to the weight of the TV, always holding up, mid (parallel to the floor) and low. And if you play around with the gas lift setting for 10 minutes, then it also holds in intermediate ones, although in my case it doesn’t matter at all.
Cons
  • There are several of them, not critical, but there are. 1. The TV tilt lock is rather weak, the tightening mechanism has a bolt, which is protected by turning with a square shape at the cap, which immediately licked off, otherwise it is impossible to hold it when tightening on the other side, there are no grooves for a hexagon or a screwdriver. Also, the tightening perfectly holds the given slope in a fixed position. However, given that, according to the design of the bracket, the handle for lifting the TV is at the bottom, and you lift it and push it forward, then the tilt can be easily knocked down, but not returned. 2. Complete set. A bunch of all sorts of screws were poured for all occasions, like a plus, but the number and their type did not match the specification, and the most necessary ones, as always, are one type and it does not fit (more on that later), the washers did not fit the screws perfectly (the inner diameter is too large washers). Well, the most incomprehensible thing is, when you hang the rails attached to the TV on the bracket plate itself, then there are not enough screws for its strong fixation in length, i. E. they protect against falling, but do not fix. When the TV is on, everything is ok. But when you start pulling or pushing the handle, a terrible backlash occurs, it’s very scary, no matter how it falls off. Changed to others and put a gasket, the problem is gone. 3. The dowel holes are quite small. The kit included dowels 10 * 80, and the screws from them crawled into these holes. But they seemed to me not super reliable, I bought Fisher 10 * 80 dowels. And now their screws are larger in diameter, they no longer crawled through, I am silent about dowels with a diameter of 12 and 14 mm, I had to drill them out.
