is a great under counter unit. There are more than enough sockets, but they are too close together. if you let them rotate and placed them a little further apart; it would help to accommodate those pesky transformers. I plug in a lot of things when I travel - a sound system and it handles it and gives me room to charge my ipod, phones and ipad. you have the idea I also bought a smaller one, with only three plugs, and found I refilled it far too often. I wish I had bought two of these instead.

VERY CHEAP FEELING! Plastic creaks and makes noise and is also loosely assembled. If I squeezed it hard enough, the whole thing would just pop. Very disappointed, judging by the price I thought I was buying a top quality product. Far from it! This is a cheap Chinese product that doesn't even come in legal packaging.

If you need to plug a three-prong plug into an old two-prong outlet, this product will help you. However, I would interpret "grounded" light with caution. Although it lights up I'm not sure how it can be grounded and in fact it doesn't seem to be grounded using the socket tester.
