Claim a used item as new?

What a disappointment! We received this jacket and it was very visible that it was used! The name is on the inside of the tag and the fur around the hood is tangled. I just hope we find a replacement for our family ski trip in time. FYI I had to select at least one star before I could leave a review 😡

Bad for clothing

Zipper broke on first wear. The company said they would refund me 5% which wouldn't even cover the cost of a new zip let alone the cost of replacing it. I said no and they never wrote back. I have a coat with a broken zipper hanging in my closet. Maybe one day I'll replace it myself, but it's unlikely. Don't buy from Wantdo.

Exactly what I was hoping for

Such a cute jacket and my daughter loves it! suits her very well She will probably only wear this jacket for one season. But it's my fault for not appreciating it when ordering, but it has enough space to get comfortable and it's not cramped. There is a drawstring at the wrist to keep snow out of the sleeves. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Adorable and warm!: Jackets

My 11 year old daughter has this jacket in medium size (10-12). I would normally choose the large for her because she is quite tall for her age (5ft 2in) but the large was too big. The medium fit was also perfect with a long undershirt, fleece and skis. jumpsuit underneath. He kept her warm during a very snowy and extremely cold ski trip. And it's amazing too!

Do they make these coats for adults?! Great coat!

Our 5 year old got it for Christmas. My husband and I were both jealous haha! This is a great coat, appears to be of great quality. We had our first good snow here in Ohio on Christmas Day, a good thought from 2020 is that we had a white Christmas! She wore her coat to play outside and build a Bigfoot, she was very warm in it, she could move and play so she wasn't bulky. Protected her from the cold winds we had. All in all a great coat so far. I ordered a little more to last a few years.
