My husband likes to bake pancakes for us from time to time. We love the fact that it's stainless steel and will last a very, very long time. It spreads the batter so smooth and even.

This item is well made but the function it serves is not worth the high price that is asked for this item. It's bad that I know better, but I spend so much money on this topic. Wouldn't recommend it.

very very good shaker, very hygienic and easy to clean. although a bit too wide for most pans. my Presto pan - I can't rotate it, I can only rotate it about 60 degrees, but it still works great.

I love this crepe maker! It is durable, easy to clean and very comfortable to use. It may take a while to get used to using a cooking spoon, but with practice, you'll be flipping pancakes like a pro! Just spin with a lighter hand than you would otherwise. Happy pancake baking!

During my last trip to Paris 3 months ago I became totally addicted to pancakes. I noticed that street vendors were using a product very similar to this one, so I decided to buy it. That works great. It will last a lot longer than the cheaper wooden ones on the market which is why I chose it. In my opinion it is always better to buy a quality product than a cheap one! I have no regrets about this purchase!

I bought a crepe maker and the Revain reviews mention that it would be wise to buy a larger spreader than the one in the box. That was good advice and this CAC-107 Stainless Steel Pancake Batter Spreader is perfect for my needs. Spatula of very high quality and at a great price. This should last a very long time and have a reasonable useful life. Compared to what was basically a joke by the manufacturer of the pancake maker, this shaker boasts "professional quality" and a larger size.

Not much to say about this pancake spread; it's basically a metal rod. But it's a well made metal rod, I see no reason why it could fail or break. Sized about right, but not for pancake pans or skillets (unless you have rims). This is for proper crepe makers (like the Krampouz) with no rim to get in your way and more surface area than your average retail crepe pan. However, it feels a lot lighter than you'd expect from solid stainless steel, so it's either not rustproof or hollow. I don't know…

This pancake is NOT stainless steel. When I took it out of the box, I noticed that it was light; too easy! I have years of boating experience where the metal components are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
