Not microwaveable for quilting

It says cotton; However, you have to do a thorough investigation to see that it is pierced with polymer fibers, making it 87.5% cotton and 12.5% polymer fiber. I was looking for 100% cotton batting. I did several microwaves with it before finding out (after much research) that it is NOT safe to use in the microwave. It's also a much thinner batting than others I've bought. I wouldn't buy it again. It was a waste of my money.

Warm & Natural – my favorite cotton for quilting

Warm & Natural – my favorite cotton for quilting. It is soft and easy to work with. Out of the package, it is usually wrinkled and wrinkled due to folding, but it is easy to straighten, no need to stretch or iron. This cotton works very well with spray (I use 507). It feels a bit stiff after quilting and the first wash, but after some use the comforter will soften and feel like it should. I've used Warm & Natural on over 10 quilts and never had a problem. Highly recommended!

My Favorite Cotton

I only use Warm Company cotton for my quilts. This is a very high quality cotton at a great price. Professional quilters always recommend natural cotton batting. Warm Company's 100% cotton batting works particularly well in Quilt As You Go (QAYG) quilting. The fabric adheres very well to cotton wool without pins or spray guns. Natural 100% cotton is also recommended for baby blankets. Polyester batting can melt in the heat, which is why I always use 100% cotton for my baby blankets and oven…

I'm so glad I chose cotton!

I am making my first quilt. I was about to order some polyester batting, but a friend (and experienced quilter) advised me to buy a small amount from Walmart first (part for quilting, part for quality control). She told me to use cotton but I've read that synthetic would be warmer. I took a small amount of synthetic cotton and tried to practice with it, and ended up ordering warm cotton for my real blanket. Here's my comparison: Synthetic (NOT this product): The thickness of the batting varied…
