Loved all the embroidery!

I love the stitching on this blanket because it keeps the inner padding in place. This makes it very easy to wash and dry evenly without swelling on the outside edge! I have a cat that sheds a lot so I wash her regularly and she is doing great! The color is also in good condition. Beautiful rich black did not fade at all!

This is a decent duvet at an affordable price.

I decided to purchase based on the positive reviews. I don't know what prison blankets these other reviewers slept under, but this is NOT a super soft blanket and it certainly does NOT feel like sleeping on a cloud like one review claimed. This isn't a terrible blanket, however. . It's just a blanket. This is a thin cotton blanket. I don't regret having it, but I don't jump for joy and don't write about it to my friends. I would most likely return it if I didn't have to try and stuff it back…

Don't be fooled by the picture, it's not that thick. But Vermont is warm enough for a winter.

I live in a basement apartment with concrete walls in Vermont. In winter it gets very cold. And in Vermont, 40 degrees is a nice day. I was in dire need of a warm blanket.
