🚰 Optimized Water Softener Installation Adaptor Kit Review

Recently replaced an old Kenmore with a new EcoPure water softener. Since I have a bypass installed in my plumbing, I don't use the bypass valve included in the kit. The problem was that when I installed the new water softener, one of the old adapters started to leak. I tried replacing just the o-rings but that didn't fix the leak. Install one of these and Viola! No more leak!

My water softener bypass valve started leaking and I wanted to replace it. I ruined the new one by screwing the metal water fitting onto the plastic thread of the bypass. Since I already had bypass valves on the copper lines, I figured these separate fittings might work, and if I messed up at least one, at least I wouldn't have to replace both.
