My water softener motor broke and although it took a while to fit it was the perfect replacement. $40+ and two minutes to remove and replace was a lot cheaper than the $600+ to replace my water softener.

The old motor had a cracked housing and could not rotate the valve reliably. I left it lying around for too long because I didn't want to spend a fortune to replace or fix it.
