Fantastic Yanagiba Knife for Slicing

This knife is simply a work of art! The blade is incredibly sharp and it glides through food like butter. After I put it to the test on a watermelon, I was amazed at how easy it was to get perfectly thin slices. The design IS stunning, with an ergonomic handle that's comfortable to hold for extended periods of time. The only downside is the price, but for anyone serious about their home and kitchen, it`s definitely worth the investment. Overall, I highly recommend this knife for anyone looking…

Terrible handle quality

Just opened and the handle doesn't fit right, feels like it's about to fall off. When pressed, the handle snaps back and forth. Don't waste money
