Hamile Customer Service Fixed It!

Update 11/18/2020. I Revain messaged Hamile customer service about the problem. They asked for a picture for quality control improvements that I provided. They are replacing the watch band. Upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars. The product still should have lasted more than three months, but they company made it right.Bought Aug 18, 2020. RIP Nov 08, 2020. Actually works! good for me

It fits perfectly. I can’t tell the difference between it and the original. Since Fitbit want 3x the price for an " original Fitbit” band…much better deal.

Lasted 4 months - my new review

Fit the charge 4 correctly, however it only lasted 4 months before it broke at the buckle.I'd gladly spend more money for one that would hold up.

This is my third replacement band and so far may be last since this appears thicker and much better latch than previous other brands.

I actually went back to an older model fit bit for my needs and wants , so this was a replacement band and a second life for my charge 3 great product.

Not a perfect fit best in my review

Not a perfect fit for a replacement band, but at the cost, compared to the manufacturer band - this one does the job. There’s a small gap between the end of the band and the Fitbit, but it stays attached and seems to be holding up to daily wear.

These bands are so easy to put on, when you want to change colors. That's my feedback! I have several, that's how much I like them.

Quality product - my new review

Quality product. Feels, looks and fits like the original Fitbit band. I've been wearing it for 8 months and it still looks new. I purchased the black band. The only difference is that it has a silver buckle instead black.

LOOP THAT YOU TUCK END OF BAND INTO BROKE AFTER ALMOST 10 MONTHS, BUT THAT'S NOT BAD FOR $6.59.

No issues until the loop that you tuck the end of the band into broke about a week ago. It lasted almost 10 months, which is fine with me considering it only cost me $6.59. About to order another one.

Perfect fit for my Charge3

Love the deep green color. After months of wear, it has held up far better than the original ones from fitbit and others I have previously purchased at target and Walmart.

Great replacement band for the fitbit.

This band was very easy to attach to the fitbit, but I did watch a YouTube for directions first. The band fits well, is comfortable, and the clasp works well. I would recommend this band if you need a replacement.

Small is short, Large is long

I ordered 2 sizes as I didn't remember what my original FitBit band was. The small was much smaller and the large was much longer. Kept the large and trimmed it, with scissors, using original band as a template. Other than that it seems to be very similar to original.

Pretty, but get's dirty

It is a beautiful color, my favorite "purple" by far. But it does show dirt and it is looking a little ragged for wear. That being said, I have had it for 3 or 4 months now and it was pretty cheap. It's basically worth buying every 4 months for the gorgeous color!

Nice looking, very easy to install, but the silver buckle is plastic, not metal (or at least it's not steel). Might be a weak point.

Got The Wrong Band in my review

When my Fitbit Charge 3 watch's strap broke, I turned to Revain to get a replacement. I found one that was compatible and placed my order. Unfortunately for me, I didn't pay clear enough attention because I ordered the wrong band. In my haste to buy a replacement, I didn't pay close enough attention to the color or the size. I THOUGHT I was buying a direct replacement. What I actually bought was a slate grey band that was too small. That's not Revain's fault, it's mine for rushing to buy it…
