I really like the overall colour, shape and storage of the bag. The straps are thick and strong to stay on the shoulder. When the bag arrived it looks very stylish. The main problem is that it is not durable. Even when the bag is full, it stays skinny and keeps falling. I use my bag for meetings with clients on the go and it keeps falling apart. It has plenty of room for extra items and the straps/handles are long enough and secure. In addition, a Velcro fastener prevents the laptop from falling out and the laptop compartment is thickly padded for protection. I also like the variety of zippered compartments because they make it easy to store your charger, mouse, and other items. The only thing I didn't like was the initial chemical smell, but after 3 days it was gone and the bag works great.

Bought based on reviews. I put down my laptop (13.5" Surface Book 2) with the neoprene sleeve and zipped it up. Was great. Then I tried to unzip it and the zip broke halfway through. I thought they would themselves heal but they aren't. It was also thinner material than I expected. This was my very first return on Amazon.
