Using this product, our team found that it's the ultimate must-have for any water sport enthusiast. The waterproof material kept our belongings dry on a rough kayaking trip, and the lightweight design made it easy to carry on long hikes. However, the straps could use more padding for added comfort.

My son and I put our stuff that we wanted to keep dry in these bags for our boy scout/canoe trip. Because Boy Scouts are Boy Scouts, splash contests are a must. Medicines, first-aid material and emergency radios were completely dry in these pockets. I lent one to our Scoutmaster for some of his items. It's a good thing he turned his kayak over and soaked everything but the contents of this bag.

They are not waterproof. I had electronics in it and in my bag which I double bagged (with two such bags) and the electronics got soaked after falling in the water. light drizzle and you have a bagged item in a thick backpack. If it starts to rain, it won't work anymore either. I carried it in a handbag that I put on and went for a walk in the rain, and the things in it got wet.
