They help. about water filtration and water softener

Filters work perfectly. I've been using them for several years. But - they don't work very well after 30 days. Let's say change after 3 months! My water is running through limestone, causing the filter to "clog".

Pros
  • Nice packaging

Great taste, works well

During this pandemic we've made it a habit to drink more water. I couldn't believe the deal on these filters but it turns out there is a very good filter (there are 6 of them) at a great price which is great for us as we use them more often.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons

Good product good price

I bought this for my Brita Slim Jug. My only tiny negative comment is that it takes a long time to eject fine flakes of charcoal into the tank. My other filters that I usually buy from Target don't do this. Also, the water seems to flow through the filter very quickly and I don't know if that's bad or neutral.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Negative impression

I throw them away and go back to Brita.

Compared to Brita cartridges this brand of cartridge requires A LOT of prep work, charcoal particles float up all the time and 10 days before the end of two months it was somehow clogged preventing the water from even going through! It's terrible. I throw away the rest of the ammo and return to Brita.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Only available in black

I won't buy it anymore

I've been buying this type of water filter for my water jug for a number of years. This was the first time I've used this particular brand and I won't do it again. It was literally ONE week before he stopped letting water through the filter. The filters I've previously bought typically lasted 4 weeks between replacements. Definitely not worth the money.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Modern

Great price, delicious water

I bought these for my two Brita jugs. 2 different styles. I can feel the difference when I don't use a filter and drink Lake Michigan water. I try to drink filtered water and these filters are perfect and at a great price. The water we all drink is good from the tap, BUT it's not. Bad water is identified afterwards. Great deal and works the same as the more expensive brand.

Pros
  • Water filtration and softening
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Great for the price

I was so excited when I found these water filters because I really needed new filters but the British ones can be very expensive 😅 so I bought them and they match mine perfectly Shave. I have a Brita Tank water filter. They work amazingly well but don't seem to last as long as the Brita filters. I would definitely say it's still great value and cheaper than the Brita even if you use more filters so you have to make that choice. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • tools and housewares
Cons
  • boring packaging

B. the brand name

In my opinion as good as the "brand name" for a fraction of the price. If it saves me money, I'm all for it. They say you can get 60 days (instead of 30) for one of them. I'm not sure we'll make it that long. I think we could go 6 weeks and change it. But the taste (or lack thereof) is always the same. I hate drinking water and where I live the city water smells like seaweed and fish (makes no sense because we have no access to the sea and no rivers) so I wouldn't drink water without them…

Pros
  • Replacement water filter
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
