I only gave this 1 star because I had to rate it to post this comment. Carefully. This is very strong stuff! Didn't make my teeth sensitive but after only 4 uses it caused a severe cough and hoarseness that lasted for months and months! I would never recommend this product! POISONOUS

I paid over 300.00 for whitening at the dentist. I've been using this product since 2015 and it's amazing like white bread! Same ingredients on the box from the dentist's office. 100%. Excellent lightening with the ingredients in this product.

I think this is the right fit. Yes, I had some whitening on my gums, but this has happened with many other products in the past. When I used the remineralization portion and rinsed my mouth, the whiteness of my gums went away, so it's no big deal. I don't find it painful and although I have sensitive teeth I had no discomfort at all and stayed on the whitening for a full 30 minutes and blue slime for 10 minutes. Glad I made the decision to buy the 35% gel instead of the higher 44% of some other brands. As it turned out, I still had some tooth and gum sensitivity during the first few uses, which was greatly reduced when I reduced the amount of gel put in the tray. I expect 44% to be much stronger.
