Watts Premier 560014 GPD Membrane Review

I received a defective product. Within a few weeks of installing this membrane, my reverse osmosis system was constantly draining water, resulting in a water bill that was more than double my normal bill. I bought this in October 2014 and it has lasted about 2 years. Their use, water grain content and filtering process vary. In my system, water flows through a 5 micron pre-filter (replaced every 3 months) before entering this membrane. I have public well water tested at 230-250ppm, straight from a sink faucet, unfiltered. For about $20, I recommend the Revain HM Digital TDS-4 Pocket TDS Meter.
