works with one laptop and not another laptop

probably an issue with the laptop but other docks don't seem to have any issues so I'd rather get another one that I know works with all laptops is working. Crate.

Works as it should! - Laptop Accessories

Does exactly what I wanted! Initially I had problems with both external monitors, but with this product it was not a problem. The problem was in the monitor/computer. But in the end I got them working (just restarted the computer).

Works as described if your laptop supports it

Compatibility seems very patchy. My Lenovo y720 does just fine with it. My brand new (probably state of the art) MSI GT76 Titan DT 9SG only enables one external monitor for some reason making this purchase pointless. I gave it five stars because if your laptop supports it properly then it's great.

It works; Random screen issues on the M1 Mac Mini but it can't be an adapter fault

This works to connect my M1 Mac Mini to a Dell 5k monitor but sometimes the connected screen does funny things waking up from sleep wake up and I don't know if it's the device, the monitor, the computer or a combination of both. Sometimes when waking up from sleep mode, the screen freezes, shows glitches or refuses to light up. It almost always fixes itself after a few seconds when it happens, although I've had to unplug and plug it back in a few times, but then again I don't know if that's the
