Some useful work for Wax

Works well but is a bit difficult to scrape for use. It's very sticky, so be careful not to get it on other items. Once covered, wax packs work very well. It smells good when melted.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Modernity

Easy to use, smells nice, wipes are much better than store bought ones. Nicely packaged but small. I spread the fabric out on parchment paper on a baking sheet in the 200 oven and used an old spatula to smooth out the melted wax. Simple but not 10 turns, they are really small

Pros
  • Have a fun DIY day with your kids.
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

My food dried up after use. not happy

Changing our original rating. I am very disappointed to say that it took me a while to actually use the wraps I made, I used them on blocks of cheese and each block of cheese dried up! I've never used wax wrap before, so I'll probably never try any others, let alone recommend this product. turned out just perfect! It was a good alternative to making several with fabrics you chose instead of spending twice as much for 3 ready made ones.

Pros
  • Wax Bar can make 6-10 and Wax Drops (no grid required) can make 8-12 of your own unique beeswax wraps.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Easy to use but not as sticky as I was hoping.

I bought a teardrop shape not a bar and followed their directions and trial and error. It was so easy to use and cleaning was almost non existent as was the waste. I managed to get about 1 sqm. Yard of 100 grams of pellets. LOVE it now hopefully they will stick and I can go plastic free! I managed to make 4 circles from 6 to 11.5 inches, 2 - 12x19 inches, 1 - 12x12, 2 - 10x10 and 3 - squares from 6x6 inches. It's come a long way since I've not only been able to give a nice Christmas present…

Pros
  • Also suitable for people with nut allergies.
Cons
  • weak
