Great customer service

The first item arrived with damaged packaging and was covered in oil. Apparently he was roughly treated during transport, but the seller immediately provided a replacement. The new device is not installed yet, but appears to be in good working order. It is very seriously processed and looks high quality.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some little things

Error x 3 causes flooding. Easy install, purchase guarantee

Easy install, failed 3 times, flooding my basement. They didn't let me come back until 42 days later. I should have bought warranty. I'm happy to accept an exchange, but for the price I was hoping for help.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • So far so good

Ideal as a replacement.

Went with Wayne because the first unit was Wayne. Lasted 16 years with off and once for draining condensation in the basement and a sink. The only block I could find with a 3 inch discharge. The old unit had a stainless steel impeller, but this one doesn't. Longevity is yet to be seen but is estimated to be from May 2020. Just take a look.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Nothing here

Great pump: Rough Plumbing

Great pump - easy to install, good quality, quiet. Out of the box and into a new ejector pit within an hour. The block is heavy and strong so it won't slip or move. The float type is higher quality than other pump types. The thread on the ejector sleeve is tight but screws in easily. Lots of power cord. I like how quiet the device is in operation.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Strong pump for water pumps parts and accessories

I bought this Wayne 57333-WYN4 SEL50 1/2 HP thermoplastic sewage pump. as a replacement for the cast-iron pump for water circulation. My installation is 20 feet long using 1 inch pipe with a 15 foot lift and the water flow is quite heavy. This device is used year-round in temperatures typical of the mid-Atlantic. I was impressed by the powerful flow of water. There is no delay when the on/off float is activated. I've had my pump for 6 months now and I hope it will last for many years to come.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Safety

Simple and easy installation.

Replaced a similar Wayne pump of the same capacity with this pump. This pump is much lighter than my first one. The first pump lasted eleven years. Having only had the new pump for about two months I can't comment on the durability of this pump but I bought it based on the durability and performance of the first one. Setting up the pump is easy, connecting it is more difficult. I am 80 years old and have successfully installed the pump and it still works just as well as my original.

Pros
  • Great Price
