I've used it with a couple of garden hose washers to add a drain hose to the dehumidifier's small water tank. Now the water flows into a large bucket and the dehumidifier can run for weeks without shutting down because the tank is full. good device. I'm sure it has many uses besides air brakes.

Great - I needed to attach this fitting to a DIY bracket to add another air intake to my compressor and it worked great. The fitting is very strong and high quality, with very clean threads, actually I don't think it could be better - even the fixing nut is sturdy, I am very happy with this item and highly recommend it.

Funnily enough I bought this for my espresso machine. The pressure he was working under was too high. I used this with a bottomless portafilter, a drilled pressure mount, a pressure gauge and some plumbing fixtures to make my adjustments. A picture is worth a thousand words so I've attached one.
