I like that it is very easy to use, simple interface with all of your features at one place! The fact you can make calls from anywhere in world without having any additional software or hardware required for this purpose makes me love web call server even more than before!! This software is easy to install, works great! It's been so efficient for our business that we no longer need an answering service or live receptionist (it allows us to have those services in house). The only thing I would suggest improving upon this product was its customer support. We needed some training when it came time to implement but they were very helpful! I like that it is easy to use with our clients, which allows us quick access for them as well! The interface could be improved by adding more colors or better font sizes (and maybe even changing some of those text boxes). But overall this program has been great so far - we have not encountered any problems yet when using web call server in conjunction w/ OCS software from other vendors such as VONAGE etc..
