Very nice door sills. Easy to install and factory look. I was a little worried they would stick to the sill of my 2021 CX-5 because there is a small ridge there, but they went through fine. Already protected the windowsill when I put very sandy shoes on the windowsill and tried to change my shoes. Just wiped it off.

Got this for my new 2020 CX5 before reading another user's comment about fitting a 2020 model. Yes what people said about the customization of the new model, because the new design for 2020 will not be perfect. But it works for me and looks great. You just line up and yes you will push harder because the surface is not flat.

I purchased this after reading a number of reviews. First of all there is no template or anything else in the kit to help with the installation so I just left it on the door sills to see how it looked and the sharp edges left scratches. I knew that installing them would continue to damage the paintwork, so I sent them back.

They're pretty good for $35, but Mazda's front door sills are stepped and leave a long air gap under that trim so I can see where they're likely to lose traction after a while becomes. will keep getting knocked over by boots such as work boots etc unless secured with the thinner double sided tape provided. Perhaps the RTV silicone bead will fill the gap and increase grip.

Great door sills for 2018 CX-5. They're pretty heavy and made out of steel, so they should last a while. For the price, I had expected thin plates that should be enough to protect the paintwork from shoe abrasion. You have far exceeded my expectations. Gotta see how corrosion resistant they are in the rain. They offer pretty good coverage and I'm sure they will protect the sills and not just be decorative. They are also great for dealer installed bumpers. I will buy another kit for my Mazda 3!
