Burns horribly upside down because it didn't smell like smoke and it burned I thought the purpose was to protect the hose or cable lol horrible waste nothing your money
Well designed and easy to use. The zipper was sewn in perfectly, the fabric is much stronger than the complaints suggest. I waited for them to arrive, inspected and installed them and within minutes ordered 3 more. I am very happy with this snake warmer. .
The fabric is a bit thin, I didn't expect it to hold up well with long term heavy use use. However, it was one of the cheapest flashlight cases so I didn't do it. Don't expect Miller quality from something that's a lot cheaper. It fits perfectly, the zipper works and I'm a crafter anyway so it'll probably last me quite a while.
Cannot be shortened, zipper can be damaged. So I put it on and zipped it inside out to 3/4 of its length. Fold back onto itself and seal the rest of the OUTSIDE. Everything superfluous is now in the shell bundle. I'm happy with that.
I received the item today so will adjust tonight. Of course you get what you pay for. The denim material is very cheap. After fitting, I broke the plastic zipper, which ejected the material. It will be interesting to see how it holds up against a concrete floor. In the third picture you can also see how small the thread is and how far apart it is.
Bought for my AHP Alphatig 201XD. These welders do not come with the highest quality torch and cord and I have found that my cord only wears out with normal use. This cap was easy to put on and strong enough to extend the life of my cable with normal use. It probably won't work that well in a shop environment, but it will work great in my garage. But if it gives me a few more months of my cable's life, then it'll do the trick.
Very thin material (cord is tucked in as it is fed to secure the ends). But that can be both good and bad. It's light and probably doesn't hold much heat. As for durability. I will only be using this thing on concrete in my shop so I am sure it will work fine. I basically bought it so my finger wouldn't get caught in shit. If you're dragging the leash over rocks or walking past a lot of sharp objects I doubt it will last 2 days.
My flashlight came with a non-removable rubber and plastic cover that melted on contact with hot metal and became very hard in cold weather. I added a TIG button and wanted to route the wire inside the lid. I know it doesn't compare to leather, but I'm a hobby welder and durability was low on my priority list. It's made from lighter denim but hard to beat for the price. This is the longest zipper I've ever seen, but it worked perfectly. I was able to trim the cap to the correct length to fit my
For the price I give the thing 5 stars. There are definitely a lot more expensive ones out there which I'm sure the pros will do, but for me doing a bit of work here and there in the garage works great for keeping the cables and gas hose together and without snagging when pulled scrub. by gender. From other comments: Delivery - only took a few days. The sheath twisted when fastening - there were no problems, I spread the wires directly on the floor, rolled the sheath under the lines and closedβ¦
