I love the chatbot feature that allows you to connect with customer service representatives without having to pick up the phone! It's so convenient for me as an assistant manager who has over 10 employees under my supervision. The only thing is it sometimes gets glitchy when connecting through different browsers/devices such as mobile vs desktop. Sometimes we have issues being able to log into certain features of wells.
