📝 Westcott ALG-1: Professional Lettering and Stenciling Paper Template Review

I love this tool. It will take some experimentation to find out which hand-holding position is right for you, but if you get it right, you will love your life dearly.

Does what it's supposed to. Works great for comics, comics, whatever you have. A really great product that every artist needs.

I wish it had a guide for people like me who are new to this type of lettering tool, but a few YouTube videos helped me to find out. quite fast. Otherwise no complaints! It's small and nice to have in my pocket when I want to practice drawing or lettering.

Aside from my sloppy handwriting, this device works great. I'd recommend checking out the YouTube tutorial if you've never used it, but it's easy until you get consistent results. It feels a little brittle and I wish the disc could spin a little more easily. However, once it's installed, it stays there until you move it.

Once made by Alvin in the USA, they were great. I bought a pair of Alvins last year and they were warped, cracked and the holes were bulging. Absolutely useless. The Westcott doesn't have the same quality of plastic as my old ones, but it's perfect and that's what I wanted. This has to go on for years. Don't buy from E Bay. There's a lot of used and used on sale and they don't take it back or give the money back. Thanks Revin It costs twice as much as the others, but it's worth it.
