It's very hard to find an enterprise class drive

It's very hard to find an enterprise class drive. They appear to last longer than Seagate Enterprise drives, which regularly fail in large RAID arrays. There are no problems using them in place of Seagate Enterprise hard drives.

Great hard drive as always

I have always used western digital and only had one issue which was quickly resolved by Warenty. This was an exceptional purchase given the price. Recommend this to anyone who doesn't need mass storage!

This is a good hard drive

This is a good hard drive, but you're likely to get a used/'refurbished' hard drive, new or not. Use a SMART tool like CrystalDiskInfo to ensure that the hours of use are not too long (preferably less than a year) and that there are no reallocated or pending sectors (CrystalDiskInfo usually flags these in yellow, not blue).

Exactly what I want for an old desktop with a high .

Exactly what I needed for my old desktop computer, good quality and surprisingly cheap. It did not come with the original packaging, instructions or software. However, the attitude is clear. Just paste it, Windows will format it with a few clicks and you're done. Now I'm looking forward to 5-10 years without worries.
