This light has a modern look and is easy to install. The lampshade is made of glass and has a screw cap. I gave it four stars because it was missing a piece of what looked like a metal tube. I bought it at the hardware store for $1.99. A bright light is on in my kitchen. I like it.

I ordered rubbed bronze oil but that is a very vague description. This is a dark matte finish with a gold color line brushed around the edges. It does the job, but if I had to do it again I wouldn't buy it again. However, it works and is easy to install.

Slowly replacing obsolete lamps in our home. I wanted something subtle in the kitchen to complement the black light above our dining table. That helped! This isn't our first light fixture replacement, so installation is easy with an extra pair of hands!

A good replacement for an antique laundry lamp. We really didn't want to use an all-in-one and wanted one where we could change the lightbulbs. That helped. It was easy to install with two people, one holding the element while the other did the electrical connections.

These are great lights! The style is also very beautiful! We were building our house and I was working with a lighting company but I just didn't like what they had to offer for our hallway lights. Enter these lights. AND! As soon as I showed the lighting company in town they said they would start shipping too!

Great indoor lamp for my bedroom replacing a huge old ceiling fan, but Westinghouse screwed it up by adding a fiberglass insulating gasket instead of just a soft foam. Well, for the last two days, tiny strands of fiberglass have been itching all over my bedroom that had to be completely removed for installation and then thrown away. It would be better if they didn't send fiberglass or insulating gasket at all.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a simple lamp. It's badly designed. It has about three inches of exposed fiberglass material under a thin layer of cheap foil on the back. I had to wear a mask to keep out the fine fiberglass particles. And the material makes mounting this light hell because it hides the mounting holes. I cannot recommend this lamp.
