Delivered unassembled. But still had to submit for processing. Raven told me to throw it away. Easier said than done when you recycle.

It was good but nothing special. I was hoping for better quality but they were cheap. As if you get what you pay for. I guess I expected too much. They still work, but most likely they will be replaced in a year.

You have no idea how hard it is to get an attractive ceiling light without spending a fortune. The ball is actually a replacement for the original lamp and luckily it fits. I've managed to put some beauty back into function. Easy to put on and take off and wash when needed.

Overall good with this purchase, arrived quickly thanks to Prime membership. BUT two main problems: First, the color of the metal is MUCH less "golden" than the Revain picture. I realize it's not listed as "Gold" but the picture is a bit deceptive. Second, and more importantly, the glass case has flaws. Large sections of glass are thinner than others as if melted or deformed to the point of leaving a large cracked hole from the box (see photo).

I needed more light in the hallway so I bought one of these. It arrived with a small crack in the glass dome. I fixed it to the ceiling and didn't tell Susan. With two LED bulbs, it will be years before I have to deal with them. I like the way it looks so I bought 3 more. No cracks no problem. Installation is simple and the instructions are easy to follow. It's a nice device and only costs $20. Ouch! No! It has been discontinued you say? I hope I don't sleep too much because of that.

Good light, works great with LEDs, only problem for us was replacing the light in our closed light which was on the wall and for some reason only lit one side with the bulbs North-South instead of East-West. If this were done, we would only have one lightbulb pointed down and the other toward the ceiling. Finally got around to installing it and it was exactly as described. I was looking for a fixture that was attractive and would let through light bright enough to illuminate a decent area. The fixture I replaced with a sleek white dome provided softer lighting, but it wasn't the look I was looking for. I was more concerned with getting the brightest light in that area for reading and detailed work, and that fitted the bill. Due to the appealing bevel, it also darkens the never really appealing…
