The best cherry crutch there is

The best part is the slot in the crutch holder. It's very well thought out. You can hold the cherry by the stem and slide the stem through the slot to keep the cherry in the cup. Then when you press the handle the pit stays in the cherry and often the pit stays on the stem which can be easily discarded. The second thoughtful feature is the minimal surface area of the hand going through the cherry during the pitting process. This results in VERY little waste considering the hole through…

The elongated hole makes it much easier to remove the cherry.

It's not the fanciest cherry stone, but it works best for me. This works well for cherries unless they are huge. It's great for cherries that are smaller. The key feature that makes this the best cherry crutch is the slot in the hole: you hold the cherry by the stem and insert the stem through the slot into the hole and then knock out the pit that holds the stem in place. the strongest pitting, and if you shift things in such a way that the impact pushes the pitting into the tire instead of the

Love it. I wouldn't make cherries without it.

Now this product is berries. I use it for cherry pits and it works great. Here's how: Take two medium-sized bowls and place them side by side. Use the corer over the waste tray and squeeze the corer with your free hand. This protects you from splashes. Then turn the block sideways while holding it closed and if there is a hole for hanging, simply wipe the bottom with your free hand. Then move the pitcher over the other bowl and release. A pitted cherry will fall right into place. Once you learn

  • I really don't like it, everything is fine

I've seen some products that can remove up to 6 bricks at a time. Considering the effort it takes to carve a single cherry, I can't believe these products will be satisfactory. My grip strength, as measured on a standard therapy machine, is over 100 pounds, which is about three times the average for older men. I can't imagine multi cherry pits would work for me or a normal person. This Westmark unit is of good construction, with the top section being a single one-piece moulding. If I were…

Perfect for (sour) cherry pie

I have a (sour) cherry pie that produces buckets of fruit every year. Most cherry pits work well for large (sweet) cherries, but the plunger on these machines often doesn't hit the cherry in the right place. This Peter is just right. I hold the cherry by the stem, stick it through the slit in the bottom and bite into the pit. the pit speaks to the stem, and I dip the cherries in a bowl (with some vitamin C to prevent browning). 100% pitting on the first try for 5 pounds of cherries today. Perfect for Nanjing cherries (with mods)

While it might be a little small for regular cherries (I have a cherry crusher for that), it's perfect for many of our Nanjing cherries, which are small and tiny. Pit. However, it needs a little modification to work really great. First you need to get rid of the part that limits the depth of the butt. The piston must go all the way through the recess. I just clamped it in a vise and bent it back and forth until it snapped off. And here is the cup itself. The hole is too big for a Nanjing…
