I bought these along with the original wet brush. I was very afraid of both. Having coarse, afro-textured hair, the amount of bristles scared me. I really like the brand, this is my second brush. Thought I'd give the dryer brush a try as I heard rave reviews from friends and family. This brush works well with my hair dryer and handles tough tangles. With the holes on this brush I have noticed that my hair winds through the holes which can cause my hair to get tangled in the brush when blow drying. I will admit that I dried my hair quickly (like I did with a flat brush) but would advise new users to exercise caution when using this item…

I LOVE this brush! I have 2 of these oval flex wet brushes, 2 flat flex wet brushes, one for the shower and one from the epic so I never go without! I don't know how they reduce drying time to be honest, but these are the best brushes I've seen for combing and detangling hair. The bristles will never tangle or break hair. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not the only one whose hair gets easily caught in the ridges. I have used a wet brush for many years. It detangles well, but I have to be very careful or my hair gets tangled in the side slits.
