I didn't like this pancake maker as much as I thought it would. The batter doesn't mix as well as you think. It takes a few very strong shakes to mix it up. In addition, the dough pouring hole is too large and the dough comes out too quickly, causing a mess. I loved the concept of serving the batter in some cute mini pans that I bought. On my first use (and only so far) I put the corn muffin mix in the bag thinking it was shaken thoroughly. The shaker's small ball inside bounced but didn't snatch the dry mix off the inner walls.
