This seemed like a great product until the frosting inside and outside the container started peeling off a few months after purchase. We can no longer use it and definitely cannot hold water. Very disappointed.

This is an expensive item and we just can't help but pay $100 for an item that has a lot of scratches and looks like it was a previous purchase. Also, there are 4 holes on the plate on top but only one on the stand!

Holds my 5 gallon water jugs perfectly. I recommend this system for a simple but reasonably efficient water distribution system. Take plastic rings. I think it comes with them, but I also bought a separate one. This prevents bumps when you place the jug on the porcelain. I love the minimalist aesthetic.

This review is long overdue. Don't buy this product, it's cheap. The frame is really unstable and cheaply made. The worst thing is that the inside of the "ceramic" bowl will start to deteriorate and soon there will be crumbs of clay in your water. It was very difficult to set up a return as the first month of use was good enough to try. Over time, this thing in the house became dangerous and now, more than a year later, we can't use it because it pollutes the water.

Really well made and packaged well for shipping (thank god the shipping company almost destroyed the outer box). The only complaint is that we had trouble finding a plastic security seal to fit Primo brand refillable water bottles, which have a flatter shape leading to the neck than disposable bottles. (Primo is the only brand that accepts a gas station at Walmart, and Walmart is the only store that offers refillable water bottles an hour from our house.) Other than that, we love it!

We purchased this product after deciding it was becoming too expensive to continue buying water filters for our Zerowater pitcher. It only took a few minutes to assemble the stand and install the faucet on the porcelain jug. I wasn't sure how tight to tighten the bushing nut and the result was a slow leak between the pot and the gasket. After tightening, it no longer leaks. All in all a very good purchase and I would recommend although I might want to get a better faucet than the plastic one…

My rating for those who want to buy this item. Stop. look for another brand! My water cooler has always had a slow leak and I took the time to do all the checks required by the company. None of them turned out to be a problem. It turned out to be a slow seeping leak from below where it attaches to the stand. But after all their troubleshooting advice, it took some time to fix all the obvious issues. It was a very slow leak based on my final conclusion, but until then they refused to replace it…

Looks good but has leakage problems. At first we thought it was leaking under the nozzle/spout so we tightened the nut. Still leaking so I went to the hardware store and followed all the instructions including wrapping the entire spigot and area around it with dry paper towels. Found the towel was completely dry. We then dried the rack and pot completely with towels and then left them. When it was completely dry we added water and set the pot on dry paper towels. Again the faucet was dry but…

Before purchasing I read many reviews and paid attention to those written by people who took the time to provide constructive feedback. First, the packaging was great. No damage to any parts. I had no trouble installing the spout. I may have to go back after it's empty to adjust the tightness of the plastic nut inside the canister as it leaks VERY slowly - maybe 3 drops every other day.
