After trying this router bit, I was amazed by its seamless ability to cut through materials in an industrial and scientific setting. Its precision is unparalleled and it produces a clean finish every time. However, its high price may deter some hobbyists from purchasing it. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable and efficient cutting tool for your professional projects, this router bit is the way to go.
bought this to make some drawers for some shop furniture where i didn't want the handles to be proud of the front boxes. I used the CNC to make the slots and undercuts for the tie rods and just made a few test cuts to get it right. the drills have carbide tips and the quality is typical of Whiteside. Perfect. Having designed these drawers, I see several other uses for some of my future hardwood drawer front projects.
This nozzle works as advertised. I use it on Porter Cable 690 on Oak. I do 4 passes to reduce heat and chip/tear. I've molded a few parts with it so far with no problems. The bit stays sharp without discoloration. I recommend this cutter to cabinet makers looking for a drawer cutter that delivers a clean cut. I wasn't familiar with whiteside beats at first, but this one seems to work well. I will continue to use it for other projects and wood and report back on performance later.
