🔧 Precision Dovetailing Made Easy: Whiteside Router Bits D7 530 Review

When I use this with the Whitesides 1023A straight nozzle the dovetails are very loose. I never thought I'd say this, but Porter Cable Beats are so much better. Also, the beats have a throbbing, chug, chug, cutting edge while the other beats are smooth. Not impressed.

This is a good reliable milling cutter. I bought this to use with my dovetail computer jig. I have a Bosch router and the dovetail bit that came with it is quite short. I only get about 1/2 inch grip in the collet. This bit is a good 5/8" longer and has a great grip in the router collet.

then this accessory is your solution. I recently bought a used 4210 mount and had to buy a new mount anyway. I chose to buy it from Porter-Cable to use the original equipment, but they only supply a 1/2" shank. one piece. The problem is that my only 1/2" end mill is what I'm using in my router chart, and the end mill I'm going to use for this only has a 1/4" shank. So I researched and found this. Received, tried, works as it should, no problems.
