According to my experience, this router bit is a game changer. The precision is unmatched and it smoothly cuts through even the toughest materials. The design is well thought out and allows for easy use. The only downside is the price tag, but if you're serious about your cutting tools, it's worth the investment. Overall, a great addition to any Industrial and Scientific cutting tool collection.
Pros
Precision-designed and made with high-quality materials for long-lasting durability and precision cutting.
Cons
May require an adapter for use with certain routers, limiting compatibility with some equipment.
Application in router table for cutting Dado .25 X .3125 deep into maple. The first time I did two passes with a twist drill. The noise level is slightly higher than a conventional router. The price and quality are very good (made in USA). I will buy again.
Whiteside Trademark (Made in USA) Router bits are my number one choice. The RD4700 (looks like an old Yamaha I had) is a quality spiralizer. 1/2" shank for stability and drop helix for a clean entry point with no disruptions. Hartville Tool is a great company to do business with. I have never been disappointed. This is used in a plunge router jig setup with guides and start/end stops Be sure.
