I bought mine as a return and in the past buying from this estate has sometimes had both good and bad results. I needed to install a moving backdrop for video conferencing so I bought this clothing rack on sale for about $10. The assembly is quite easy. However, this is the shittiest household item I've ever bought and it's not even a quality control issue. DESIGN is just SO BAD. Basically, all components are at right angles to each other and all plastic seats are very flat, so that the entire shelf can be deformed extremely easily with the least amount of effort.
