Great tool at checking how well known/not know businesses

The best thing I like about this website is that it has an option for me to search for my own business so that I can get a free account and see what people are saying about my business online. When you first sign up, there is no way of knowing if your information is safe or not. There have been times where I've had to change my password several times because of security concerns. This is really annoying when you're trying to create new content because you don't want to lose any of your work. I

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Ability To find reviews quickly
  • Lots Of Results! It gives lots more info than just google.
  • Great For Searching Reviews & Finding People Online That Are Talking Badly About Your Company
Cons
  • Not very intuitive
  • Sometimes hard ti navigate.
  • Can be slow at some points

It's not something I would use personally, but I understand how powerful and useful it could be for others. I find the 'wishlist' feature interesting - if I'm looking for something specific, maybe because I want a particular person to come and see me rather than to do a job, this could be handy. It would certainly make planning my own consultations a lot easier! And obviously there's a potential for massive savings on billable hours for clients - if you can show them how many hours they're…

Pros
  • If you want to let your customers choose who does their work then this is very easy to implement
  • I might be biased as I work freelance (but only part-time) so this would help a lot in keeping costs down.
Cons
  • I'd like to be able to send out mass emails to a large number of people at once without having to do lots of individual sign ups first.
  • There's no way to send emails to an unlimited amount of people - you can only send out emails to the same number of people as you have registered.
  • You can only email people when you've made a payment - I'd like to be able to register people for free and then be able to contact them by email.
