Love it! This is one of the best heaters I have ever bought. It has all the features I wanted for security, remote control, altitude, easy temperature setting, timer and a sweet flame bonus.

Good heater but missing part folks! There should be a small threaded ring to attach the base to the heater. Without it it wobbles. I wish there was someone alive I could contact to see if I could get this part!

It doesn't blow to feel warm, you have to be close to it. It gets hot so be sure to watch the kids and animals nearby. Completely broke within 3 months. Send it back and buy another one from a different company.

I bought this heater for my bedroom which is not too big. This heater fully meets my needs, making the room very warm. Love the remote control feature that makes turning it on and off and changing the temperature much easier. The heating works very quietly, you will not hear any noise while sleeping or reading. Most impressive is the protection against overheating and tipping over, which is very important for a family with young children. In general, a very worthy heater, I recommend it.

I would like to give a 5 star rating. It's nice and smooth and the flame feature is great. My problem is I don't know who makes it as there is no name on it or in a two page manual. It has Hi, Low and Auto, temperature up and down, timer and oscillation. Now I have it on Hi but I want to use auto mode. I'm assuming Auto is the thermostat, but in Auto the temp reads 62. I can turn it up but when it goes back to 62°. There is no information in the instructions how to keep a constant temperature…
