I was glad I got this set but quickly regretted not having spent the money. The hand weights are too big to handle. They are huge! While the Wii Remote/Nunchaku holders can be removed from the wrist/ankle weights, there is no clip to remove the holder from the resistance rope, making the rope very difficult to hold.
