The low star ratings were right.

Poor quality. The price seems like a bargain but it really isn't because you'll end up doubling or tripling your pocket for peace of mind. I mean it's not necessary, but better safe than sorry. The double bag never crossed my mind with the other plastic bags I've bought. That was the first thing I thought of when I received it.
