After I put it to the test during a tough training session, I was impressed with how well these pockets held up. They are incredibly stretchy and provide ample space for my phone and other essentials. Being water-resistant is a huge plus, especially when playing in wet conditions.

I've had to listen to people saying there's extra fabric in the front that makes these shorts look pretty weird when worn. Spring. Otherwise the fabric is great and the blue is a great colour. So if they suit you, you will probably like them. but compared to the size of the leg opening and the size of the waist, there is an extra fabric in the front. I will return them.

First 2 photos are size S, second 2 are size XS. I usually wear size S/M or 4. Hiking clothes are my everyday wear and I bought them because I need several pairs of khaki shorts. I wasn't impressed with their fit. Too much space in the front and conspicuous in the back. There are also big differences in size.
