White Cutting Board - 🔪 Winco CBH-1824, 18x24x0.75 Inches, Medium Size Review

I needed 3/4" for a specific product. With my micrometer I measured it as 0.700 inches. Overall the board was solid and after some tweaking I was able to use it.

I needed a cutting board to work with leather. When this cutting board arrived I was more than satisfied. This is a very strong and heavy board. Generous size. Easy to clean. I love it.

Strong. Difficult. Almost 3/4 inch thick. A very good board. However, slicing anything other than bread sucks. Very slippery. The different circuit boards are colour-coded. White is bread. Juices run off the meat. no channel

I needed a board to cover my sinks front to back and sides and this board meets my needs. No more tossing roasts or veggies in the sink because my biggest board is slipping all over the place. 18 x 24 x 3/4 inches long, wide and thick. Perfect!

Measures closer to 23.75" by 17.75". I was trying to put this on the sink and the missing 0.25" length prompted me to switch pads that I use on the underside of the cutting board. I'm bad at aiming for the main product description instead of scrolling down for more details. Dimensions.

Comically great. I really don't think I can use this thing, but that's not the product's fault. I wanted a thicker board like those used in restaurants, but really didn't think a 2" x 1.5" board would be this big. It's so big I'd have to wash it in the bathtub. If you don't have a restaurant-size sink, get a 12" x 18" board.

Wow, that's what I call a chopping board! This is a very durable board and I like the slightly textured finish. I don't know how it will resist stains, but I believe it's made of ultra-high molecular weight plastic that's virtually indestructible. I have a professional sink, so cleaning this chopping board monster isn't a problem for me, but it's certainly not something you could easily clean in a medium-sized kitchen sink. For $31 I have absolutely no complaints and Revain shipped it for free,

I don't like the idea of using a countertop to knead the dough. So I tried a large silicone Silpat (a real DeMarle). Even when using flour on the silpat, the dough often stuck to it. Silpat often got up from the table when I was collecting the dough! Plus, Silpat is kept rolled up in our cupboard and doesn't want to be on the counter after unpacking!
