Fits right, works well, almost as good as an OtterBox OEM clip holster. The phone is held securely in the original Defender case. The only problem I have is that it spins very easily, unlike the original.

Terrible iPhone mounts! I bought two packs for personal use 4 months ago. To the right of the mount are two angled ridges that you insert the phone (attached to the Otter Box case) into and then snap into the clip on the left of the mount. Within a month, the latch on the first mount became so loose that it could no longer hold the phone securely. and was therefore not only useless but also dangerous.
